slot applicator HMC60 for continuous coatings between 0,8 and 25 g/m²
APRO slot applicator series HMC60 were designed for continuous applications with low coatweights. The well known control modules HMC45 combined with an optimised slot nozzle design and a highly accurate cross section glue distribution allow coat weights of 0,8 g/sqm. These open porous coatings are used to manufacture breathable medical composites. You can also apply thin layers of adhesive with a closed surface up to 25 g/sqm.
