APRO applicator series HMC 45 and 45NV are designed for intermittent coatings with contact to the substrate. The series HMC 45 is interchangeable with the well-known series of an American-German manufacturer, the series HMC45NV is our further development to a suck back (negative working) valve, that allows shortest cycle times. This valve technology triggers a suck back effect of the adhesive while closing the valve. In connection with the unique slot nozzle design it gives a precise adhesive coating and a clear and clean cut off, even at high speeds and short cycle times.
