activated carbon coating line

APRO has developed a complete production line for the filtration industry which meets all requirements. We have analysed the current production process and a new design was born. We use our reliable fiberisation applicators together with a highly precise and patented dosing technology, which is used many times in the food industry worldwide. Since the use of activated carbon comes along with a lot of dust we have asked experts to develop together a dust removal concept. This is an integrated part of our machine.

The machine is designed modular and available in 3 different versions: with 1, 2 or 3 dosing units. You can add modules later, as long as this is considered in preparation of the basic setup.
