service & repair
APRO services, repairs and refurbishes almost every hotmelt system, module, control valve, nozzle, filter assy. and of course control boxes.
- mechanically cleaning of all components
- non-sticking coating of melt units and applicators
- burning out nozzles and other steel parts
- repair and grinding of slot nozzles
- search and repair of electric problems
- rewiring of components
- change over from DC to AC drives
Finally after all this work we test the equipment functionally, if possible with your adhesive.
Of course we do most work in your factory, but if needed we travel and do it on your site.
